ABSTRACT:
Joints are the most common targets of the immune system's erroneous assault in rheumatoid arthritis (RA), an autoimmune disease. The joints, particularly ones in the hands, wrists, and knees, tend to become inflamed. Untreated RA can cause abnormalities and damage to joints over time. NF-?B and PI3Ks enzymes play an important role in intracellular signaling channels. This study finds the potential of NF-?B and PI3Ks inhibitors. The phytochemicals of plants Callicarpa macrophylla and Hiptage benghalensis were subjected to molecular docking against NF-?B and PI3Ks, and the phytochemicals showed good binding affinity. According to the results, alpha-Amyrin has a higher binding affinity. Also, the ADMET and Drug-Likeness properties study suggests that these chemicals have the potential to provide anti-inflammatory effects.
